Dress Code Policy

The hotel has a dress code policy that requires men to wear long trousers just for dinner and only in the Aegean Main Restaurant. Our other two restaurants do not have a dress code policy.
The policy applies to adult men over the age of 18, regardless of their height. All children under this age are exempt.
Yes, jeans are accepted as long as they are of full length.

Rooms & Amenities

We provide a hairdryer, an electric kettle, a safe free of charge and coat hangers.
For health and safety reasons, irons are not allowed to be used in the rooms. You can get an iron with a deposit at the reception and use the ironing board at the courtesy room.
We provide a laundry service at an extra charge. There is a list and a laundry bag in the wardrobe and guests can put their laundry in the bag, fill in the form and leave it on the bed. Guests can call reception when it is ready and housekeeping will collect it. Once it is ready the laundry is sent back to the room. For regular service laundry will be returned the following afternoon. If the guests need same day service, this can be at an extra 50% charge in the final amount.
We provide soap, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap and a vanity kit. Once our maids see that a toiletry is open they replenish it.
There is a mini fridge in the room, which is stocked with water bottles on your arrival.
Bottled water is part of the all inclusive and you may find bottled water in all the bars ans restaurants. You may also buy bottled water in the mini market.
 
The linen is changed every two days, unless there is a special request. Maid’s service is from 09:00-16:00 every day. Junior suites, Suites and Deluxe suites also have a turn down service between 17:00-20:30.
Pool towels are only provided through the towel kiosk 09.00-18.00 every day.
For the A/c to work, all the doors and windows have to be closed. If it is not working, please call reception and we will send a member of staff to help you out.
With the guests’ presence, a member of staff is sent to the room to open the safe.

Beach & Pool

During check in guests are given towel cards free of charge, one for each person in the room. Towels can be changed once per day at the towel kiosk, which is located by the Plaza Pool. Guests have to bring the towel cards back on check-out or else they will be charged.
Guests are supplied with beach towels in addition to bath towels. Bath towels are room items and they cannot be used outside the room.
Guests can get pool/beach towels under a deposit at the reception.
Our outdoor pools are not heated. The indoor pool is heated in May and October.
Some pools have fresh water with chlorine and some have ozone system. All pools are maintained on daily basis
Guest are not allowed to reserve sun beds before 10:00am. If you leave your sunbed unattended before 10:00am the lifeguard will remove your items.
Inflatables are allowed in all pools. There is a pump next to the mini market, which can be used every day after 10:00am.
Slides are working 09.00-18.00, when the lifeguard is present. It is only for children 5-10 years old.

Beach Sunbeds & Facilities

Sun beds by the beach are free of charge and included in the All Inclusive. Gazebos are at an extra charge and subject to availability. They can be booked through reception and the payment is made at the time of the reservation.
The cost depends upon the size of the Gazebo and the season. You can contact Reception for more information. The price includes drinks service and a fruit platter.
There are no toilet facilities on the beach. The nearest bathroom is a few meters from the beach on the hotel grounds near the Mylos Pool & Beach Bar.
Mylos  Pool & Beach bar is located near the beach and is self service.

Allergies & Special Requirements

We do cater and provide for a gluten free diet.
We have all the necessary knowledge and provisions to cater for people with Celiac disease or other allergies. When guests with celiac disease or other food allergies first arrive at the hotel, they contact the Guest Relations department, who can introduce them to the restaurant supervisors and they can help them out find food options suitable for them.
Usually on arrival; it is necessary to contact the Guest Relations Office on arrival and they will be able to guide you through the process. 
There is always something available, but even if we don't have, when we know it, our pastry team can prepare something.
In all our restaurants guests can find vegetarian options. If you are not sure of a food option, you can ask our restaurant supervisors for more information.

Check in & Check Out

1. What time is check-in and check out?

The check-in time is at 14:00 and the check-out time by 12:00.

Late check outs are subject to availability and the cost depends on room type and the season. Please contact the Reception two days prior to your departure in order to apply for a late check out and you will get a confirmation one day before check out. Please, keep in mind that it cannot be guaranteed that you will stay in the same room during check out.
All hotel facilities can be used until the moment guests check out of the hotel. There is a luggage room where they can leave their bags and they can use the courtesy room until the moment they leave. There are showers and changing rooms in the courtesy room and guests can get towels under a deposit from the reception.
We offer cold sandwiches and fruit platters in the room.
Yes, we offer a welcome drink upon your arrival at the reception/lobby area.

Requests & Upgrades

We do offer room upgrades with an additional charge and according to availability. You can always upgrade upon arrival and at an extra charge.
All notes and requests are taken into consideration and we do our best to satisfy them, though it always depends on availability.

Wi-Fi & Hotel application

We provide Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel and in the rooms free of charge. 
There is a code that is the same for everyone and a secret code, which is given to all guests on arrival and is unique for their room. Please ask reception for more information.
Once you are logged into the hotel Wi-Fi, it automatically gives you the option to download the Exclusivi application. As an alternative, you can download it from Play Store and App Store, according to your mobile phone’s software. You can login with the Wi-Fi’s secret code and get into the application’s menu.
Through the application guests can make the restaurant reservations on their own anytime they want, order room service, request a spa treatment, check the weather and get information on the nearby beaches and villages. For more information they can always contact the Reception or Guest Relations Office.

Care for Infants & Babies

We automatically provide a baby cot in the room for all reservations with a child under 2 years of age. If you want you can also order a wooden cot, which is on availability and at an extra charge. It is best to inform us prior to your arrival on your request; you can email us to info@bluelagoonprincess.gr
The hotel can provide you with a sterilizer & bottle warmer station upon availability and with charge. The charge is per week and a deposit is required.
You can buy regular diapers as well as swimming diapers from the mini market.
At the restaurant buffet you can find boiled or steamed vegetable puree. For any other requests please contact our restaurant supervisors and they will be able to help you out. You can also find baby food at the hotel’s mini market.

Restaurants & Restaurant Reservations

An advance reservation is required for all alternative dining venues, except for the Aegean Main Restaurant. You can make a reservation after your arrival and not before, as a checked in room number is required.
You can make a reservation at the Guest Relations office between 09:00-13:00 every day or through our Exclusivi Application anytime you want on your own. Please ask our Reception and Guest Relations staff for more information.
The Aegean Main Restaurant is open 07.00-10.30 for American Breakfast and 10.30-11.00 for Continental. Lunch time is between 12.00-15.00 at the Taverna or Green & Grill Restaurants and is buffet style. Dinner is served between 18.30-22.00 in all 3 restaurants. Guests can dine either at the Aegean Main Restaurant in a buffet style, or make their reservations for the Taverna, our a la carte restaurant, and Green & Grill, where they have the choice to grill their own meat.
Guests can dine one time per week per restaurant for the Taverna and Green & Grill.
We do have Room Service and there is a Room Service menu in your room. Room Service is not included in the All Inclusive and it is with an extra charge.
Room service is served 07.00-11.00 the breakfast menu and 11.00-23.00 the All Day Dining Menu, with the last order being at 22.30.
Aegean Main Restaurant has different theme night every week. There is a week 1 and week 2 schedule. You can ask our restaurant staff for more information and to which week we are.
No, this is not possible. There is a room service menu in their room and they can order food room service if they want. Exceptions are made only if a guest is sick or incapable of coming down to the restaurant. In these cases we have to be informed beforehand, as to send food to the room without an extra charge.

Hotel Amenities

Yes, there is an ATM in the main lobby of the hotel.
You can exchange your currency at the Reception.
There is a boutique and a mini market in the hotel.
There are toilets below the reception area in the main building (right outside the Indoor Entertainment Theatre), close to the Green & Grill Restaurant and right outside the Taverna restaurant.

Facilities for the Disabled

We offer a limited number of adapted rooms, adjusted for people with disabilities, with adapted bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. They are standard sea view rooms and they are allocated on the main building. These are always upon request. Please contact our reservations department at reservations@bluelagoonprincess.gr for more information.
The hotel area is very flat and all facilities have access for a wheelchair except for the pool and beach. Please note that entry to the pool is made possible only through steps and ladders.

Low Season & Weather Conditions

During the beginning and the end of the season it could be that some of the facilities are closed due to low occupancy. Nevertheless, we offer the same amount of servcies adjusted to the situation.
All facilities are open weather permitted (Green and Grill, Plaza Stalls,Outdoor Theate, Outdoor Multi Court are closed under bad weather conditions)

The nearest supermarket is 1,5 km from the hotel on the main road.     

4. Where is the bus stop?

 
The bus stop is on the main road, 100m from Saloon bar.
 
5. How far is the nearest town?

 The nearest town is Nea Moudania and is 10km away (20-25 minutes) from Kalives.

 
6. Where is the nearest market?

 You can find the Enigma shopping mall right before the nearest city of Nea Moudania or the bigger Mediterranean Cosmos shopping mall close to Macedonia airport in Thessaloniki. Every Wednesday there is an open street market in Nea Moudania and every Saturday there is one in the town of Polygyros.

 
7. Can my friends come over and spend time with us?
 
Guests can have visitors coming over. They can either choose to get a full day or half day pass at the reception, to be able to use the pool areas and restaurants, or they can have a drink at the main bar and pay accordingly. For more information and day pass prices, you can ask our Reception staff.
 
8. Can guests book directly?

Guests can always contact our Reservations Department at reservations@bluelagoonprincess.gr and book directly with the hotel or ask any more information. Please check also our website at www.bluelagoongroup.com.

 
9. Where can I watch sports?
 
Depending on the weather and the channel, guests may watch specific matches in the hotel on request.
